Step 2: Add to Cart & Go to Cart
If you have chosen an item you want to buy, add it to the cart
When you are done with your shopping, go to your cart. Make sure to double check your items before checking out.
Step 3: Check Out, Order Verification & Payment
If you are satisfied with your item/s you can now proceed to check out. On the check out page, you will be asked to input your billing and shipping details. Your final order list and the amount to be paid will be shown after you input your information. A notification will be sent to your provided email, confirming that we have received your order.
Step 4: Send Proof of Payment & Payment Verification
For Bank Deposit / Transfer: After you have paid for your item, send a copy of the payment slip or bank receipt to us. After we have verified the payment, we will dispatch an e-mail to notify you whether the transaction was a success.
Step 5: Delivery & Feedback
You will be contacted by our team to coordinate the delivery details and after receiving the furniture you just bought, we would like to know your thoughts. If in case of any delivery or furniture damages upon receiving your product, you have the right to refuse and we will assist you with exchange and return procedure..
